Founder
For more than 35 years, Joe McIntyre’s inspired teachings and writings have helped people discover who they are in Christ: loved and welcomed by their Heavenly Father, and able to experience an abundant life in Christ here on earth and throughout eternity.
Before going to be with the Lord in 2017, he spent 36 years as founding pastor of Word of His Grace Church, authored nine highly-acclaimed books, and traveled the country as a featured speaker.
Joe was president of the International Fellowship of Ministries for 12 years, and from 1996 until his passing, served as president of Kenyon’s Gospel Publishing Society.
Joe’s family carries his vision forward today through Empowering Grace, a 501c3 which distributes his teachings and as-yet-unpublished manuscripts.

President, Board of Directors
Pam McIntyre received the Lord in 1970 as part of the Jesus People Movement. In 1983 she married Joe McIntyre, founder of Word of His Grace Church, and ministered alongside him until his passing in 2017. She continues to serve as Worship Leader and bookkeeper at Word of His Grace. Leading God’s people into worship in the Holy of Holies is her passion.
As president of Empowering Grace, she is responsible for book and material production, shipping orders, and finances, all of which she’s been responsible for since the organization’s founding in 2000.

Vice President, Board of Directors
Torie Rynning is Joe and Pam’s daughter and joined the board of directors in 2015. She is in charge of marketing, fundraising, social media, design, website and strategic partnerships. By day, she is a professional parent to her girls, Selah and Amarys, and is expecting another delightful daughter in May 2022.

Secretary, Board of Directors
Tristan Rynning is Joe and Pam’s son-in-law and joined the board of directors after Joe’s passing in 2017. In addition to serving as secretary and manager of the meeting minutes, his project management and development background makes him an excellent sounding board to financial and content decisions.
